Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in elevated restaurant settings.
• Proficiency with restaurant management platforms, POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage all restaurant staff; direct work of 2+ employees to deliver hospitality.
• Monitor daily operations: food quality, service standards, cleanliness, safety.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
