Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a focus on delivering great food and a friendly guest experience. You will drive performance, coach teams, and uphold our CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

You will manage schedules, training, and labor costs while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. This exempt role requires leadership excellence and a passion for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; schedule demands may change.
• ServeSafe Certified; must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
