Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Transportation, Logistics, Management, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in domestic and/or international Supply Chain and/or Transportation operations required.
• For International roles, freight forwarding/ocean/international air freight and customs brokerage experience preferred; for domestic roles, TL/LTL/Intermodal/Rail/Parcel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customer expectations are managed and met; resolves issues and fosters continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with customers to develop logistics strategies and cost-effective supply chains.
• Monitors market conditions and collaborates to balance transportation, inventory costs, and service levels.
• Leads Monthly Management Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Supports Carrier Development in bid events and pricing.
• Manages carrier relationships and improves Carrier Programs.
• Provides subject matter expertise to customers and account management on Managed Transportation capabilities.
• Develops and maintains processes for pursuing new business and renewals with growth opportunities.
• Ensures a safe, compliant, and fair work environment and conducts performance reviews.
