This role leads hiring, coaching and development to build a high-performing team while overseeing merchandising, presentation, operations, inventory and P&L to achieve store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience using the 5 C's of Service Excellence: Create, Connect, Convert, Close, Continue.
• Lead hiring, coaching, mentorship and succession planning to develop store talent and drive engagement.
• Manage merchandising and presentation standards to reflect the brand and drive sales.
• Oversee store operations, inventory management and asset protection to meet shrink and process targets.
• Own P&L and key performance indicators including conversion, UPT, SPH, ADT and selling expense targets.
