Summary

The General Manager is the business owner and brand ambassador for the store, accountable for overall store performance and delivering an extraordinary client experience. This role leads the sales team on the floor, drives sales and KPIs, manages store operations and budget, and develops local business opportunities and client relationships. The manager also coaches and develops the team, supports omni‑channel initiatives, and ensures compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance and develop local business plans
• Lead, coach and recruit the store team to exceed KPIs and support succession planning
• Be present on the sales floor to ensure exceptional client service and foster clienteling and private appointments
• Manage store budget, control expenses, and oversee cash, inventory and reporting procedures
• Collaborate with merchandising, visual merchandising and retail operations to execute sales strategies and displays
• Partner with events and marketing to organize local events and attract new clients

Requirements
