Tetra Tech Digital Systems is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our systems integration and engineering services business in Texas. You will drive strategy, oversee financial performance, and manage client delivery across engineering and field services.

The role requires a strong track record in leadership, operational excellence, and business development, with travel as needed to support key projects and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in industrial services, automation, systems integration, manufacturing, energy, or Oil & Gas.
• 7+ years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for multiple departments or large-scale operations.
• Proven success managing P&L performance and driving profitable growth.
• Strong background in operations, project execution, strategic planning, and team development.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations, strategy, and performance.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, budgets, forecasts, and financial goals.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Oversee project execution, engineering, field services, and customer delivery.
