Job summary

Tetra Tech Digital Systems is looking for a full-time automation engineer to join our team focused on improving industrial efficiencies in West Texas and New Mexico. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain control systems, while supporting field operations and documentation.

5+ years of industry experience, along with a related degree, is preferred. Enjoy a collaborative work environment and a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automation, controls, instrumentation, or I&E.
• Experience with PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain automation and control systems.
• Configure and support PLC, RTU, HMI, and SCADA platforms.
• Calibrate and maintain process instrumentation like flow and temperature devices.
• Support system improvements and documentation.
