Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of management experience.
• P&L management and budgeting experience of $1MM+.
• Leadership in food & beverage, recreation, and entertainment.
• Experience contracting or overseeing sponsorships, events and related services.
• Marketing program experience.
• Operational knowledge of risk management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations to evaluate performance and identify cost reductions or policy changes.
• Appoint department heads and delegate responsibilities.
• Establish departmental responsibilities and coordinate across sites.
• Coordinate budgetary control systems and administrative processes.
• Direct financial and budget activities to fund operations and maximize investments.
• Direct HR activities including staffing and leadership appointments.
• Set policies and strategic objectives to maximize productivity and returns.
• Implement corrective action plans to solve organizational problems.
• Prepare and present reports on activities, expenses, budgets, and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, and agencies.
• Oversee promotional campaigns and project budgets.
