Tanger Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager/Operations Director for the Gonzales outlet center. This role drives property NOI through revenue generation, expense oversight, and strategic leadership to deliver a premier shopping destination.

You will oversee operations, marketing alignment, tenant relations, and safety programs, partnering with regional and corporate teams to maximize profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field; 4+ years in management, marketing, or hospitality.
• 5–7 years of operations management experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive NOI by increasing revenue streams while managing expenses.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans, budgets, and 5-year capital plans to maximize NOI.
• Complete monthly financial forecasts and manage real-time revenue and expense positions.
• Prioritize local leasing canvassing and deal-making with retailers to increase occupancy and rent.
• Supervise the center's personnel and ensure consistent training and resources.
