Job summary

Tanger is seeking a General Manager/Operations Director to lead the Gonzales center, drive NOI, and manage end-to-end operations. The role focuses on revenue growth, cost control, and delivering a best-in-class shopping experience for retailers and guests.

You will oversee leasing coordination, facilities maintenance, safety, and cross-functional collaboration with Leasing, Construction, Marketing and HR to move the business forward.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 4+ years in management/marketing/hospitality.
• 5–7 years of operations management experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive NOI growth by increasing revenue and controlling costs.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets.
• Oversee center operations, maintenance, safety, and vendor management.
• Lead leasing coordination with regional teams and tenants.
• Hire, train, and develop staff while collaborating with other departments.
