You will guide strategic plans, supervise the Marketing and center operations, and ensure a premier customer experience while aligning with Tanger’s values and standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in management, with proven leadership in hospitality or retail operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
• 5–7 years of operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive NOI by increasing revenue streams and managing expenses.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans and budgets reaching NOI goals.
• Oversee center operations, maintenance, safety, and tenant coordination.
