Job summary

Tanger is seeking an Operations Director to manage all shopping center operations at our Fort Worth location. The role focuses on maintaining efficient facilities, coordinating contractors, and driving profitability while keeping operating costs under control.

You will partner with the General Manager on budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans, while leading center teams, vendors, and tenants to achieve NOI targets and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline required.
• Five to seven years of operations management experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate or retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shopping center operations, including facility maintenance and safety programs.
• Oversee property maintenance, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance programs.
