Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager embodies the highest standards of ethical leadership, driving the property towards its business goals with passion and integrity.

Job Summary

We are seeking a positive, friendly, and experienced General Manager (GM) to organize and oversee daily operations of our facilities. As a GM, you will provide strategic direction for the company and supervise the activities of our diverse workforce.

The GM will be involved in every aspect of the hotel operations, from dealing with customer complaints to strategizing and preparing reports. The GM must possess excellent communication skills and remain focused on ensuring both positive customer experiences and positive team/employee experiences. The ideal candidate is a team player as well as an effective leader, capable of leading by example and fostering a climate of cooperation and teamwork.
