Job summary

Mehr Consultancy is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

The AGM will oversee departments, assist in hiring and training, monitor financials, and drive revenue through guest relations and sales initiatives, with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel management or a related leadership role.

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 salary
