Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager for the Bluffton, SC location operating under TitleMax. You will lead daily store operations, coach a team, manage compliance, and drive revenue through superior customer service.

The role emphasizes hands‑on coaching, growth opportunities across our brand network, and a strong focus on training and development while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed Company standards.
