Job summary

COREcruitment is partnering with a franchise Quick Service restaurant brand in Rolla, Missouri, seeking a General Manager to lead one location. The role is paid hourly, averaging 50 hours per week, with monthly bonus opportunities.

You will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and coach a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, control labor, food costs, and inventory, and ensure food quality and brand standards while monitoring KPIs for continuous improvement.

We're partnered with a franchisee Quick Service restaurant brand looking for a General Manager to lead one of their high-performing locations in Rolla, Missouri.
