Job summary

COREcruitment is partnering with a franchisee to recruit a General Manager for a Quick Service restaurant in Columbia, Missouri. The role is hourly, averaging 50 hours per week, with monthly bonus opportunities, and is designed for a hands-on leader who builds strong teams and delivers consistent operational excellence.

• Hands-on fryer-based operations experience required.

We're partnered with a franchisee Quick Service restaurant brand looking for a General Manager to lead one of their high-performing locations in Columbia, Missouri.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, creating a positive team culture, and delivering consistent operational excellence.The role is paid hourly, averaging 50 hours per week, with monthly bonus opportunities.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the operation, leads from the front, and takes pride in building successful teams and operations.
