Job summary

COREcruitment, partnering with a franchisee of a growing Quick Service restaurant, is hiring an Assistant Manager for a high-performing location in Columbia, Missouri. The role focuses on people development and operational excellence in a hands-on environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager to sustain superior guest service, coach team members, and uphold brand standards while managing daily scheduling, labour, inventory, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Assistant or shift management experience in a QSR
• Hands-on fryer-based operations experience

Responsibilities

We're partnered with a franchisee of a growing Quick Service restaurant brand looking for an Assistant Manager to join one of their high-performing locations in Columbia, Missouri.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people, creating a positive team culture, and delivering consistent operational excellence. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the restaurant while continuing to develop your own leadership skills.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
• Coaching, training, and developing team members
• Driving guest satisfaction through exceptional service and operational consistency

• Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained

What We\'re Looking For

• Previous Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or restaurant leadership experience within a Quick Service restaurant
• Hands-on experience working with fryer-based operations is required
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people
• Good operational knowledge, including labour, food quality, and inventory management
• Passion for hospitality, consistency, and creating a great workplace culture
