Job summary

COREcruitment is partnering with a franchise Quick Service restaurant brand in Rolla, Missouri, seeking a General Manager to lead one location. The role is paid hourly, averaging 50 hours per week, with monthly bonus opportunities.

You will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and coach a high-performing team, drive guest satisfaction, control labor, food costs, and inventory, and ensure food quality and brand standards while monitoring KPIs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• GM experience in Quick Service restaurants.
• Hands-on leadership with fryer-based operations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive guest satisfaction with exceptional service.
• Manage scheduling, labour, food costs, inventory, and daily financials.
