Job summary

Software Placement Group, SPG, is recruiting a General Manager for a high-volume hamburger restaurant in Hagerstown, MD. You will lead daily operations, motivate a 40+ team, and ensure top guest experience.

Responsibilities include P&L oversight, local store marketing, hiring and coaching staff, and maintaining food safety standards. Compensation includes $70,000-$75,000 base, monthly bonuses, and 1% annual profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR General Management restaurant experience.
• Experience hiring, developing, motivating, and scheduling teams.
• Experience with food ordering systems, store sanitation, and cash management.
• Ability to read and manage budgets and P&L statements.
• Experience with sales-building promotions and local store marketing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 5-day, 10-hour shifts.

• Manage total store operations and lead a team of 40+ employees.
