Job summary

Zohorecruit is helping a family-owned franchise group recruit a General Manager in Minnesota. The GM will lead a restaurant, own P&L, drive sales, labor, and food costs, and develop a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of GM experience in QSR or pizza, a track record of growing sales, and ServSafe Manager certification or the ability to obtain it. A strong ownership mindset and energy are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
