Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a high-energy Restaurant General Manager for a growing Southeast quick-service brand. You will lead daily operations, recruit and develop a top-performing team, and uphold exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales and profitability through strong leadership, hands-on involvement, and adherence to brand standards, while partnering with other leaders to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years GM experience in a quick-service restaurant
• Proven track record of increasing sales and guest satisfaction
• Passion for operational excellence, systems and brand standards
• Strong leadership, communication and team-development skills
• Hands-on work ethic and flexibility

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations while maintaining brand standards.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a winning team.
• Create a welcoming, guest-focused culture that drives repeat visits.
• Implement programs and local initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
• Partner with company leadership and fellow GMs to grow the business.
• Work alongside your team and lead by example in every area of the restaurant.
