Job summary

B.HOM Student Living, a growing property management company, seeks a General Manager for an onsite community. You will lead staffing, leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident experience to drive strong NOI and a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial controls, and building partnerships with universities. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to operations and guest relations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Understanding of student housing operations and campus environments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop community staff; lead scheduling and staffing levels.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations across departments and ensure standards.
• Manage property budget, expenses, and NOI to maximize financial performance.
• Lead resident engagement, events, and lease compliance; handle relations and conflicts.
• Coordinate leasing efforts, marketing strategies, and campus partnerships.
