B.HOM Student Living LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in Starkville, MS, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, rent collection, and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on accurate reporting, resident satisfaction, and strong team leadership.

You will coordinate leasing activities, supervise maintenance, train on-site staff, and ensure safety and policy adherence while driving community performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is required.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication across levels (resident to executive).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
