General Manager Role

The General Manager will be a sales-driven, hands-on property management leader responsible for overseeing high-volume day-to-day operations. This role requires strong leasing performance, operations management, and financial oversight to drive occupancy, retention, and asset profitability. The General Manager will lead the property team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the property is maintained at industry-standard levels.

• Leading leasing strategy and driving consistent occupancy and retention
• Managing property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
• Overseeing vendor scopes, budgets, and vendor performance
• Managing financial performance including P&L, budgeting, and reporting
