Job summary

Invited, a premier private club operator, seeks a General Manager for Anthem Golf & Country Club, AZ. You will lead the club’s operations, financial performance, and member experience, building a strong leadership team across departments.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service while maintaining compliance and safety. The role offers relocation support within a vibrant, luxury private-club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in club management, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing budgets and making sound expense decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business and financial strategy plans for the club.
• Regularly monitor performance metrics against plans and adjust to hit revenue targets.
• Provide strategic leadership to department heads across key areas (Agronomy, Facilities, Fitness & Wellness, Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Member Experience, Sales).
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate department heads.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of employees to align value, service, and member satisfaction.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with financial plans and monitor expenses.
