Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club in Flagstaff, AZ, seeks a General Manager to lead all club operations and member relations. You will oversee budgets, staff development, and facility planning, while collaborating with boards, committees, and the POA/HOA. A PGA/LPGA Class A certification and private club experience are highly valued.

The GM will drive service excellence, financial performance, and program execution across golf, dining, and member events, with weekend/holiday flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or combination of education and experience.
• PGA/LPGA Class A certification is preferred or required for leadership in a golf facility.
• Experience in private club or hospitality operations is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all club operations and member experience.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets and financial reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and staff.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and long-term planning of facilities and assets.
• Collaborate with department leaders on golf, food & beverage, and amenities.
• Partner with leadership on marketing, membership, and community initiatives.
• Foster a service-focused culture and strong relationships with members and the community.
