Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and restaurant standards are implemented and applied.
• Manages short- and long-term restaurant goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness.
• Manages restaurant performance, including policies and procedures; records and reports.
• Hires, develops, and evaluates team members; drives engagement.
• Ensures compliance with all laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Promotes positive guest relations and staff engagement across the property.
