Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Sammamish, WA to lead store operations, engage the Squad, and drive high performance. You will coach the team, manage inventory and scheduling, and uphold food safety.

This full-time role emphasizes strong leadership, customer focus, and accountability for store results. Compensation is hourly with overtime and a comprehensive benefits package supporting an engaged, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant.
• Proven ability to train, develop and lead teams.
• Experience ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory in a food service setting.
• Must obtain a food safety certification within 30 days of start date.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to drive top results and deliver an engaging Squad and customer experience.
• Provide leadership to the Store Coach and Shift Captains; lead through others to achieve goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and develop action plans.
• Manage staffing levels and schedule optimization based on forecasts and labor model.
• Maintain store inventory, cash handling, and overall cleanliness and food safety.
