Job summary

Homegrown Hospitality Group's Pearlz Oyster Bar in West Ashley is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume neighborhood restaurant.

You will develop people, coach teams from the floor, and drive guest experiences with strong food, beverage and service standards. You’ll manage P&L, labor and costs while fostering hospitality and teamwork in the community.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing people.
• Strong financial and operational leadership, including P&L management, labor planning and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative leader who leads with humility, accountability and a genuine passion for hospitality.

What We’re Looking For

Two or more years of successful General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

Salary: $68,000–$78,000 annually, based on experience
