Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR/fast-casual GM experience.
• Ability to quote food cost, labor %, and comp trends from memory.
• Hands-on leadership style; ready to work on grill, window, or floor.
• Consistent work history with a builder mindset.

Responsibilities

• Improve people’s lives.
• Provide the gold standard in service with hospitable guest experiences.
• Lead team from the floor across production, drive-through, and dining room.
• Recruit, train, and maintain a high-performing team with accountability.
