Steak ’n Shake in Indianapolis is seeking a General Manager with an owner mindset for a partnership opportunity. This full-time role offers up to $85,000 annually and a clear path to ownership through the Franchisee Partner program.

You will lead from the floor, build a high-performing team, ensure hospitality excellence, manage costs, and use data to drive decisions. If you’re ready to own your store, this is your chance to join a growing franchise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR or fast-casual GM experience.
• Fluency in P&L management; you can quote food cost, labor %, and comp trend from memory.
• Hands-on leadership style; comfortable on the grill, in the window, wherever needed.
• Consistent work history; builders, not job-hoppers.
• An owner’s mindset: every dollar, every guest, every team member matters.
