Qualifications

• 3+ years of QSR or fast-casual GM experience.
• Fluency in P&L management and cost control.
• Hands-on leadership style with daily floor presence.
• Consistent work history without job-hopping.
• Owner mindset: accountability for all store results.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations from the floor across all areas.
• Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team.
• Uphold brand standards in hospitality and food safety.
• Use data to drive speed, guest scores and costs.
