Responsabilidades

• Manage the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals.
• Accurately report financial measures and transactions.
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate availability of merchandise.
• Ensure quality control calls within 1 business day of delivery on new leases.
• Protect store assets and reconcile inventories weekly.
• Ensure company vehicles are maintained.
• Process bank deposits accurately and on time.
• Price and reclassify returned merchandise as needed.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop store associates.
• Schedule associate coverage to meet operating hours.
• Close lease agreements with a focus on customer relationships and ownership.
