Qualifications

• Two years of retail, restaurant, or related management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for daily customer contact.
• Strong telephone manners.
• Good organizational skills.
• Neatly groomed, professional appearance.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Comfort with selling and closing deals.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise (50–300 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Manage the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals.
• Accurately report financial measures and transactions.
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times.
• Complete quality control calls on new lease agreements within 1 business day of delivery.
• Protect store assets and reconcile inventory weekly.
• Maintain company vehicles within safe operating standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely bank deposits.
• Return merchandise is certified, reclassified, and priced.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of associates.
• Schedule coverage to meet published hours.
• Close lease agreements with a focus on customer service and ownership.
• Oversee renewal activity and customer relationships.
• Authorize returns with emphasis on customer relationships.
• Execute customer service programs and company policies.
