Responsibilities

• Store operations: manage growth and profit goals.
• Report financial measures and transactions accurately.
• Manage inventory to ensure availability of merchandise.
• Complete Quality Control Calls within 1 business day of delivery.
• Protect store assets and reconcile inventories weekly.
• Maintain safe operation standards for company vehicles and deposits.
• Certify, reclassify and price returned merchandise.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop store associates.
• Schedule coverage to meet published hours.
• Close lease agreements with focus on service and ownership.
• Manage renewal activity and customer relationships.
• Authorize returns with customer relationship focus.
• Implement company service programs and policies.
