1-Tom-Plumber Danbury is seeking a General Manager to lead the growth and profitability of the local service operation. You will oversee scheduling, field performance, and customer satisfaction while guiding technicians, dispatch, and sales initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in home services management and 3+ years in a GM/ops role, with strong P&L and operational expertise. Franchise experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site leadership position in Danbury, CT.

Formación

• 3+ years in a General Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, or Branch Manager role.
• Experience managing service technicians and dispatch operations.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth through technician performance, customer retention, and sales initiatives.
• Establish operational processes for scheduling, service delivery, inventory, and quality control.
• Monitor average ticket size, conversion rates, callbacks, technician utilization, and gross margins.
• Conduct performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations, and recommend pay increases.
• Take actions based on reports to implement improvements and increase profitability of the location.
• Maximize customer retention by ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales and revenue.
• Ensure proper inventory management procedures are followed.
• Rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies.
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to continue growth.

This individual will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing plumbing service operation while maintaining strong customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and profitability.
