Job summary

Dunkin' Richfield is opening a brand-new restaurant in Richfield, OH, and is seeking a General Manager to lead operations from day one, driving sales, guest satisfaction, and a high-performing team.

You will oversee local store marketing, scheduling, and staff development to ensure operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences. This role requires 1+ year of management in hospitality or a related field and an ability to start early at 4 am.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older by applicable law.
• Ability to lead a team with strong guest service focus and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
