Job summary

Dunkin’ in Richfield is opening a brand-new restaurant, and we’re seeking an Assistant Manager to help bring the location to life. You’ll support the General Manager with daily operations and guest service, and lead shifts to ensure smooth service.

You’ll participate in local store marketing, staff training, and performance initiatives, with opportunities for advancement. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a path to leadership while you grow with a friendly, energetic team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail/restaurant/hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.
