Job summary

Dunkin' in Ohio seeks an Assistant Manager to run the day-to-day restaurant operations, support the General Manager and help ensure smooth shifts and consistent guest experiences. You’ll participate in local store marketing, coach team members, and drive sales and profits.

Applicants should have at least six months of retail or hospitality management, be 18 or older, and be available to start at 4 am with open availability.

• Six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• 18 years of age or older, per applicable law.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Willingness to start work early at 4 am and maintain open availability.
