Job summary

Dunkin’ is opening a brand-new restaurant on Perkins Street in Akron, and we’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to help bring the location to life. You will oversee overall operations and help the team achieve sales and profit goals.

You’ll lead the Restaurant Management Team with a focus on performance, engagement, and training. Expect early hours, with a 4 am start, and a schedule that requires flexible availability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older where required by law.
• Strong team management, guest service, and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and support local store marketing to hit sales and profit goals.
