Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts in Richfield, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at a brand-new location. You’ll support the General Manager, supervise shifts, and help drive sales while developing our team’s skills and guest service.

We value leadership, reliability, and a passion for hospitality. This role starts early with 4 am shifts and requires open availability to meet business needs, with growth opportunities as the restaurant opens and expands.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Strong guest service and time-management skills.
• Able to lead and train a team during multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and assist General Manager.
• Support local store marketing to achieve sales goals.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.
