Job summary

Dunkin' is opening a brand-new location in Cuyahoga Falls and seeks an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and training. You will support the General Manager, ensure smooth shifts, and contribute to local marketing efforts to reach sales goals.

Ideal candidates bring at least six months of hospitality management experience, strong time management and guest service skills, and a readiness to start at 4 am with open availability for changeable schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 am and maintain reliable attendance.
• Excellent guest service and time-management skills required.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ through the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly.
