Job summary

Dunkin’ is opening a brand-new restaurant in North Royalton, Ohio. As Restaurant Manager, you’ll drive overall operations, marketing efforts, and profitability to help the new location thrive from day one.

You’ll lead the management team, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest service, while starting shifts as early as 4 am and maintaining flexible availability for the evolving schedule.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You’re ALL IN' for starting your day bright and early and are ready to begin your workday at 4 am.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and local store marketing.
• Achieve sales and profit goals for the new Dunkin’ location.
• Support the Restaurant Management Team and staff through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
