Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property operations leader to manage day-to-day activities for multiple properties, including team supervision, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance. The role demands residential and commercial oversight, strong financial acumen, and effective vendor coordination.

The position focuses on maximizing occupancy and revenue through strategic leasing, maintenance excellence, and superior resident service, while ensuring safety and compliance across sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management experience across residential and commercial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to lead a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and monitoring collections.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and oversee maintenance standards.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain safety and appeal.
• Supervise staff and manage performance.
• Maintain owner relationships with updates and reports.
• Complete accounting, financial and administrative tasks as needed.
