Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to lead independently or as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments and reviewing reports.
• Approve invoices and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and owners.
• Control expenditures and manage petty cash within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, renewals, notices and evictions.
• Analyze market trends to guide marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance staff.
• Conduct routine property inspections to maintain safety and appearance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate property staff, and manage performance.
• Maintain client/owner relationships and provide property updates.
