Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Jersey City. You will lead the on-site team, drive leasing, ensure financial performance, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of a property, teams, and resources to meet budgeted goals.
• Contribute to budget development and monitor financial performance.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor communications, and ensure compliance.
• Oversee lease processes, inspections, and enforcement per lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and coordinate maintenance standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and appearance.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, and evaluate performance.
