You will manage budgets, safety, and partnerships with youth sports organizations, schools, and community partners to maximize utilization and ensure top-tier service.

• Budgets, cost control, and revenue growth experience.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of a multi-sport and entertainment complex.
• Drive service quality, safety, and financial performance across departments.
• Recruit, coach, and develop department leaders.
• Oversee budgeting, labor, and revenue growth across leagues, tournaments, events, rentals, and retail.
• Partner with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with youth sports orgs, schools, clubs, and partners.
• Maximize facility utilization through scheduling of leagues, tournaments, camps and events.
• Ensure safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
