Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a General Manager of Concessions at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. You will lead the concessions program, drive operational excellence, and ensure premier guest experiences across multiple venues.

The role requires strategic oversight of labor, inventory, and compliance while delivering strong financial results. The position emphasizes team leadership, event execution, and cross-functional collaboration with culinary and operations teams to elevate service

Qualifications

5+ years of food & beverage or concessions management experience.
Experience managing high-volume, multi-outlet operations.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory, and financial reporting tools.
Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe).
Experience with labor planning and cost control strategies.

Responsibilities

Oversee all concessions operations across the venue
Lead hiring, training, and development of management and hourly teams
Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
Execute event operations from planning through post-event evaluation
Analyze sales and performance data to drive operational improvements
Partner with culinary and operations teams to enhance menu offerings and service delivery
Uphold and implement Levy service standards across all concession area
