Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a capable leader to oversee warehouse floor employees in daily operations at our Mt. Juliet, TN facility. You will provide management support, coordinate records, and communicate with customers to keep operations efficient and accurate.

Ideal candidates bring a HS diploma, 1 year in manufacturing/warehouse with shipping/receiving, plus Lean/Kaizen knowledge and leadership experience. We offer competitive benefits, 401(k), and health insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Minimum one year experience in manufacturing or warehouse with shipping and receiving.
• LEAN/Kaizen/5S knowledge preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and coordination to management.
• Manage a variety of records, electronic and paper; generate reports.
• Communicate with customers via fax, email, paper, telephone and in person.
• Lead clerks, packers, material handlers and pickers, ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Perform special projects as directed by supervisor and management.
